Discount Tire

I made an appointment online to have my car's tires rotated and balanced. I arrived at the store before my appointment time and checked in. I then waited for more than an hour while other cars were called in for service before me. I inquired if there was a problem, and was called in shortly after that. The rotation and balance took about 15 minutes so I don't know how thorough the service was. I also asked about getting an invoice and was told I would get one online. A day later I still haven't gotten one. I wonder why they want you to make appointments when they don't seem to make your wait time any shorter.

I've had a great experience here. Staff are friendly. The store is clean Parking lot is well taken care of. You can get free air here. They are very busy. Make sure to make an appointment ahead of time. Always buy the warranty for each tire. It's worth it. How many times I've gotten a new tire from it, I can't even count.

The service people are friendly but expect to wait and they do try to upsell. I tried to make an appointment in the morning but the person on the phone said I should just do walk in. Went there because one of my tire sensors wasn't working. Service tech checked them all and according to his little device, two weren't reading, and one had a low battery. He (of course) recommended I replace them all. So an anticipated $70 repair became a $270 repair. I could have just replaced the one, I wasn't pressured in any way, but one does wonder if things like this are truly necessary or if they are just jacking up the bill. At the end of the day, the people who work there seem sincere and he did show me his machine that confirmed what he was telling me, and I chose to be proactive vs. waiting for the other sensors to fail. So I guess I'm good with my experience. I spent almost two hours there on a Friday afternoon. My vehicle was finished about 10 minutes after the time I was told it should be done. A couple of tvs in the lobby would be nice. Gave 4 stars because of the wait, the boredom, and lack of appointments.

I bought a new car and needed new tires as the ones on the new car were chunked. My appointment was supposed to be for Wednesday 4/29 but I called and asked if i dropped the car with the key off prior to my appointment and Billy said absolutely just make sure it was before 6pm and i knew i could not make that happen Tuesday night so i took it Monday 4/27 at 540pm and he said he would have it done that night before they went home. Sure enough he did my tires were done by 615pm. The staff were very nice. The job was done quick this is my second time using them for full set of tires and i have no complaints from either times:)

This location is professional, I walked in without an appointment at the end of the day expecting to order tires and schedule an appointment.. instead they had the tires I wanted and were able to get me in same day. The staff was polite and their attitude was "can do" which was refreshing. When it was my turn for service I was informed that my center caps were stuck ( the type of bolt that was used to secure the cap to the rim was wrong and the bolt over time corroded and fused with the rim) so to replace my tires they had to break my center caps. I originally misunderstood what they had told me which led to funny confusion at the end of service (I already ordered new caps they were cheap and I was able to drill out and remove the old bolts from the rim and have rethread) Overall I have bought tires for several other vehicles both personal and commercial and this experience was awesome, keep up the great work guys!
